La última chica is the trade name of spanish filmmaker Mónica Mateo. Behind of this name, Mónica produce her own projects.
Mónica is a lover of horror, sci-fi and fantastic movie genres, and her trade name La última chica, belong to a horror sub-genre which she grow up: The Slasher, in which movies, la última chica (final girl), is the last woman alive to confront the killer, ostensibly the one left to tell the story. This character redefine the hero and heroin roll.

Adam Peiper, short film written and directed by Mónica Mateo, and produced by Lasdelcine Producciones Audiovisuales, Hugo Serra Andueza and Dosdecatorce Producciones, Diestro.tv and La última chica. Likewise, Mónica developes executive producer duties, during all the process: from financing searching, to the current distribution period.
Adam Peiper obtained support from: Institute for Cinematography and Audiovisual Arts (I.C.A.A.), Community of Madrid (CAM) and Córdoba Provincial Council. Also got sponsorship from Interface Spain (production company) and 3AWW communication agency, and the colaboration of Cineteca de Madrid, the location where the short film was filmed.
Adam Peiper was premiered at XXVI San Sebastián Horror and Fantasy Film Festival, and has been selected in more than eighty festivals all around the world, having received several nominations and awards. Adam Peiper rights were bought by PACIFIC VOIVE for the territory of JAPAN.
